Spalding Reservation


Features:

The furthest upstream portion of AVIS land along the Merrimack River borders the Tewksbury line.

History:

This reservation was purchased from Kenneth W. and Hildegarde L. Spalding in 1973.

Deer Hunting:

Deer hunting with bow and arrow from tree stands will be allowed on this Reservation during the state bow hunting season. For more information, see here.

16 acres

Location:

Between River Road and the Merrimack River. Adjoins Deer Jump Reservation on the East.
